Using Comac Cleaning Machines Simple Tips for Beginners

2025-09-01Source:Hubei Falcon Intelligent Technology

Alright so today I actually opened that fancy Comac cleaning machine box that's been staring at me in the garage for weeks. Yeah, I felt kinda intimidated, not gonna lie. Those commercials make it look easy, but staring at the machine and all those buttons? Man.

First Try: Pure Chaos

Plugged the beast in, flipped the switch. Sounded like a jet engine starting. Scared the dog. Grabbed the handle thing and just pushed. Water sprayed everywhere except where I wanted. Floor looked worse than before! Had some dark gunk smeared across the tiles. Whoops. Turned the thing off quick. Lesson learned fast: water first? Bad idea.

Actually Reading Stuff (Ugh)

Okay, dug out the little manual buried in the styrofoam. Skimmed it this time. Found the important bit: "Start DRY. Vacuum FIRST." Felt stupid. Should have started there. Emptied the dirty tank – looked nasty already somehow. Filled the clean tank like the pictures showed, didn't mess that part up at least. Swapped the pads, put a fresh dry one on the back.

Attempt Two: Making Progress

Switched it back on. Still loud. But this time, I just pushed it slowly over the floor without touching the water trigger. Heard the vacuum sucking up crumbs and dust like crazy. Way better! Went over the whole area like that. Could see stuff lifting into the front part. Dry pass done.

Then, held the trigger a little. Gentle spray this time. Pushed slow again. Back pad started actually getting dirty! Used short bursts. Focused on one small section at a time. Key things I figured out that helped:

  • Go Slow: Rushing means water splatters and streaks.
  • Overlap Your Passes: Did each push cover part of the last path? Yes. Way cleaner.
  • Check Pads: That pad gets dirty quick! Flipped it over halfway through.

The "Ah-Ha!" Part

Realized the dirty tank wasn't even half full, but the water in the clean tank was almost gone! Kept having to fill the clean tank. Drank all my coffee waiting for it to finish! Next time, gonna fill the clean tank BEFORE starting, seriously. Emptied the dirty sludge afterward... that was gross, but satisfying? Like proof it pulled stuff up.

Final Result & What I Won't Forget

Floor dried pretty fast. Finally looked clean, no streaks, no random puddles. Felt legit accomplished, but man, it took way longer than I thought it would first try. Mistakes cost time!

Simple Tips Stuck in My Head Now:

  • DRY vacuum FIRST (Don't be like me!).
  • Fill that Clean Tank all the way (Trust me).
  • Short Spray Bursts are better than holding it down.
  • Slower is Smoother, smoother is cleaner.
  • Check / Flip the Pad if it looks nasty.

It ain't magic yet, but way better than my first disaster. Still hate how loud it is, but gotta admit, the floor looks good. Practice makes... less mess, hopefully.
