Bottom line? My lazy DIY cost me time and frustration and barely made a dent. Calling the pros fixed the problem properly and quickly. Now I might run a quick vinegar rinse between pro cleanings (like every 6 months?), but for the heavy lifting? Handing that job over felt like the smartest move I made all month. Lesson learned!
