Friday morning, 7 AM sharp, beat-up white van rolls up. Three guys hop out – looked like they meant business. Grumpy old guy who clearly ran the show, and two younger dudes hauling gear. No small talk, just "Where's worst?" I pointed to the coffee disaster zone and the dusty window displays.
