Clincher move: Dug into Google reviews sorting by LOWEST. Saw "Tony's" had one complaint about turnaround time – owner replied publicly apologizing and offering refund. That's care.

Dropped Off & Crossed Fingers

Chose "Tony's Spot". Their intake form was no joke – circled stain locations, picked materials. Dude took notes like a scientist. Even warned me upfront: "The suede stain might lighten but not vanish." Managed my expectations? Perfect.

Picked 'em up yesterday. Shoes looked 90% new! Still a faint shadow on that suede but exactly as warned. Fair deal.
