Okay, so I needed to get my carpets cleaned. Badly. Like, "embarrassed to have guests over" badly. I live in Dublin, and I just didn't know where to start. They showed up on time, which is always a good sign. The technicians were polite and professional. They took a look at the carpets, explained what they were going to do, and got to work. They used some kind of special equipment that looked way more powerful than that rental machine I tried. They even pre-treated some of the really bad stains.

The whole process took a few hours. While they were working, I made sure to stay out of their way but I also kept an eye on things from a distance.I feel more comfortable when doing this. It's my house!

When they were finished, I was amazed! The carpets looked fantastic – like new, almost. The stains were gone, the colors were brighter, and the whole house just felt fresher. I was so relieved and happy with the results.

I made sure I got their card and, honestly, now I felt relieved that I had completed the task.
