Okay, so I've been needing to get my restaurant's kitchen REALLY clean. Like, beyond what my usual staff can handle. I'm in Indianapolis, and I just didn't know where to start looking for a professional cleaning company that specializes in restaurants. So, I started digging.

First, I asked around. I talked to other restaurant owners I know in the area, see if they had any recommendations. Got a couple of names, but nothing that really jumped out at me.

Then, I hit the internet. Searched for things like "indianapolis restaurant cleaning," "commercial kitchen cleaning indianapolis," stuff like that. I got a bunch of results, so many I felt overwhelmed. Then I made list:

• Name of Cleaning service company
• Contact info (at least a phone number, hopefully a website)
• Any notes about them – like if someone recommended them, or if their website looked particularly good (or bad!)

Making Calls And Narrowing List Down

Next, I started making calls. This was a pain, honestly. Some places didn't answer, some had weird answering machines, and some just didn't seem to understand what I was looking for. I wanted someone who knew restaurant kitchens, not just regular office cleaning. So that calls help me to narrowed it down to, like, three companies that seemed promising.

I set up some appointments for them to come out and see the kitchen. I wanted to get a feel for them in person, and also get some quotes. This was key – prices varied a LOT. I did get a couple of different options.

Finally, I made my decision. I went with the company that seemed the most professional, had experience with restaurants similar to mine, and had a price that felt fair, all the value considered. They weren't the cheapest, but I felt like I was getting what I paid for.

They came in last week and did a deep clean. It was AMAZING. The kitchen is sparkling, and I feel so much better about everything. Seriously, worth every penny.

I'm going to schedule them for regular cleanings now, maybe once a month or so, to keep things in top shape. It's such a relief to have this off my plate!
