So, the house was a complete mess. Like, really needed a good scrub. I'd been putting it off, you know how it is. Finally, I decided I needed help. Couldn't handle it alone this time. I remembered seeing their van around, or maybe a flyer? Honestly can't recall exactly where I first heard the name, but it stuck in my head.

I figured, okay, let's give them a shot. So I picked up the phone and called them. The person on the other end sounded alright, asked me a few questions about the house size, what I needed done. Mostly standard stuff. We talked price, seemed fair enough, not super cheap but not crazy expensive either. I just wanted the job done. So, I booked a time for them to come over later that week.

On the day, two people showed up. Right on time, which was a good start, I guess. They brought their own supplies, vacuums, sprays, all that jazz. I quickly showed them around, pointed out the main areas I was concerned about – kitchen grime, bathroom tiles, dusty corners, you know the drill. They nodded and said okay, then got straight to work. I tried to stay out of their way, worked in my home office.

Every now and then, I'd wander out to see how things were going.
