Making Contact

Okay, so I had maybe three or four possibles. Decided to actually pick up the phone for a couple. First one I called, the person sounded completely uninterested. Put me right off. Like, if you don't want my business now, how are you gonna be if there's a problem later?

The second call was much better. Lady was friendly, answered my questions straight up, gave me a clear idea of cost and what they'd do. No messing about. It felt more... human.

Didn't bother calling the others after that. Just felt like the second company was the way to go. Booked them in for a trial clean the following week.

The Result

They turned up when they said they would, did a solid job. Place looked and felt way better. It wasn't magically transformed into a palace or anything, but it was clean. Properly clean. Took a massive weight off my shoulders, honestly. Finding a good cleaner isn't easy, bit of a minefield, but got there in the end. Just took a bit of digging and trusting my gut feeling after that phone call.
