Thursday I called them myself pretending to be interested. Guy named "Brad" answered after five rings. Gave me this whole scripted pitch about "tailored solutions." Asked three simple questions about pricing breakdowns - he kept dodging like a boxer. Finally said "our senior consultant will call you back with details." Still waiting for that callback three days later. Surprise surprise.

Real kicker? When I checked their licenses, found two pending lawsuits on state websites. They sure don't mention THAT on their shiny brochures.

What actually matters

After this whole dive, I'd tell anyone looking at them:

• Watch for scripted replies - means they ain't listening
• Demand proof not promises - no portfolio? Run
• Google "company name + lawsuit" - took me two minutes

Personal lesson? Last year I ignored similar warning signs with a contractor. Lost $4k when they ghosted me after demolition phase. Now I always do this review autopsy before signing anything. Saves cash and massive headaches.
