Okay, so I needed to find a good cleaning company in San Luis Obispo. I've been swamped with work lately, and my place was starting to look like a disaster zone. Seriously, it was bad.

My Cleaning Company Hunt

I started, where else, online. Just typed in "san luis obispo cleaning companies" and, boom, tons of options popped up. It was almost overwhelming, to be honest.

So I started to read some reviews.

• First I opened several websits to check.
• Made a note of names that seemed to pop up a lot with good feedback.

I then checked what is the average price, and whether it is suitable for me.

After narrowing it down, I called three companies that looked promising. Asked them a bunch of questions, you know, like:

• What kind of cleaning products do they use? (I'm trying to be a little more eco-conscious these days.)
• Are they insured and bonded? (Just in case something goes wrong, gotta be safe!)
• Do they do a background check? (It is important to keep safety)
• What's their availability? (My schedule is kinda crazy.)
• And, of course, how much do they charge? (Gotta stay within budget!)

One company gave me a really good vibe. The person I spoke to was super friendly and answered all my questions without making me feel like an idiot. They use green cleaning products, they're insured, and they were available on the day I needed. Plus, the price was reasonable.

I booked them for a deep clean, fingers crossed!

The day of the cleaning, two cleaners showed up right on time. They were really professional and got straight to work. I mostly stayed out of their way, working in my home office. Every once in a while, I'd peek out to see how things were going, and I was impressed. They were super thorough!

A few hours later, my place was sparkling. Seriously, it looked amazing! I was so happy with the results. They even cleaned the inside of my microwave, which I had been avoiding for, well, let's just say a long time.

I paid them, thanked them profusely, and immediately scheduled another cleaning for next month. It's such a relief to know I don't have to worry about cleaning for a while. Definitely worth the money!
